We love our practice! But due to family needs we are looking to move out of the area. We're a husband-wife chiro team that has built a fantastic 19 year-old family practice in Burbank, CA with an excellent reputation. We're centrally located with the film studios just blocks away. The practice is fairly evenly split between insurance, PI and cash. We work mostly half days and gross collections were 280k last year. Our overhead is low and our net collections are 185k. Since family is very important to us we have limited our work schedule but there is tons of potential to increase revenue. We will help the buyer with a very smooth, quick transition and will introduce you to our networks, connections and attorneys we work with.
